They don’t communicate with the customers when the vehicle is ready to be picked up. It took 4 hours for my car to be serviced, when I could’ve ran some errands if I knew it was going to take that lon vehicle is ready to be picked up. It took 4 hours for my car to be serviced, when I could’ve ran some errands if I knew it was going to take that long. Also I wish they would’ve told me about the complimentary shuttle service. I found out about it after my car was done so it was no use at that point. More
