Today, I had my first routine service ap and I had my first experience with Richardson Toyota, primarily with their body shop. They set the bar high. Today, I had my first routine service appointment, and their service department met the challenge. They were personable and polite, the check-in process was efficient and fast, while still covering every aspect and answering all my questions, and there were no surprises at check-out. My bill was even a few dollars less than the initial estimate. I'll be back! More
