Horribly deceptive service department Made an appointment with the service dept.. The service dept. promised things on the phone and deceived us completely. He was rude, deceptive, and t Made an appointment with the service dept.. The service dept. promised things on the phone and deceived us completely. He was rude, deceptive, and then denied that he ever told us those things on the phone prior to our appointment. He then reminded us that their mechanics had a family to feed just like we do. We then told him to not work on our car and to bring it back to the service area, we did not trust them anymore from that point on. We have four Toyota vehicles, I will never trust them with our cars again. Also, our prior service experience, they overcharged us at the payment window by $80, we returned to show them the error and they returned our money. As we exited, another man came in with the same issue of over charging him, he was very angry also. They are a den of thieves. NEVER TRUST TOYOTA OF ORANGE😡 More
