Bad Experience I saw a used 2008 Scion XB for sale on a auto sales web site and called ahead to find out fin the car was still availble, the receptionist said yes an I saw a used 2008 Scion XB for sale on a auto sales web site and called ahead to find out fin the car was still availble, the receptionist said yes and told me to ask for Stewart, and i was on my way from rancho cucamonga. When I arrived Stewart was very busy with other deals and he passes me along to his "partner" at this point he is unable to find the car and has us walk around the sales lot. He finally finds the car in the service lot and at which time he tells me the car is not ready for sale. Why couldn't they have told me this when i called? So I tell him to call me when the car is ready, he says ok and did not appolgize or offer any other options. I ended up going to another toyota dealer and bought a brand new XB instead, I may have considered buying one here if they even should a small amount of empathy. More
