He spent the time to go over all the details of the car and when it came time for the paperwork it was simple and we were in and out of there in a couple of hours. Highly recommend Toyota of Orange! Extremely High Price and Poor Customer Service I took my Sienna in for the power sliding door malfunction on 12/06/14 with a scheduled appointment. Service advisor Robert Washner promised that my I took my Sienna in for the power sliding door malfunction on 12/06/14 with a scheduled appointment. Service advisor Robert Washner promised that my van will be ready the next day. After I picked up my van and arrived home, I discovered that the door latch was not properly installed. I immediately called and Mr. Washner advised I need to bring the van back. When I brought my van back, advisor Aaron Parra took my van in and promised that it would be ready in 3-4 hours. When Mr. Parra brought my van out, he stated that it needed some minor adjustments to latch properly. When I drove on the freeway at 65 MPH, the molding became loose and separated from the door panel, with the door still closed. I had pull over to the emergency lane to inspect and discovered that the service used double-sided tape to stick the molding onto the door panel instead using the proper clips by Toyota. This was such a mickey mouse job for the price that I have paid $1,800.00. I brought the van back the next day, Mr. Parra promised one hour to adjust. I waited two hours for them to finish. After I inspected the work, I discovered that the molding did not fit firmly into the door panel and pointed it out to Mr. Parra. His response was, "This is the best we can do." I demanded to speak to his manager, Mr. stated that his manager was gone for the day and handed me her business card. I contacted the manager on the business card, Ms. Arlene Hopkins and left a voice message. I did not get a response, therefore, I sent her an email requesting to repair my door properly. Ms. Hopkins replied to my email and referred me to Mr. Shawn Cutts. I brought van back on 12/24/14 and this time I made sure that they properly fix the problem and they finally did. I brought my Sienna to this dealer for repair since it is close to home. However, this will be my last time. I do not recommend this dealership for service at all. They wasted a lot of my time going back and forth where the service should have been done right the first time, considering the amount that I have paid. In addition, Aaron Parra is very rude and the managers Arlene Hopkins and Mark Brandner do not take pride in their positions to respond to their customers. I would rate this a half star if there is an option. More

There were a few cosmetic details that I was concerned about and decided to get fixed after purchasing the car. Even though the repairs are more expensive than quoted by the dealer. Having had the car a few weeks now the list of issues are mounting: 1. The car came with one key and remote. Obviously I didn't know this until buying the car. What car only comes with one key. To top it off it will cost $80 to get a key due to the chip required in the key. This is without the remote....which I haven't priced yet, but and certainly not looking forward to hearing this cost. No offer by the dealer to supply the normal and acceptable number of keys and remotes! 2. I assumed the car came with floor mats...what car doesn't?!? Nope! Also, didn't know until after purchase. 3. I noticed that the stripping around the doors were peeling up and come to find out the double sided tape used to rig it was wearing out. Crap Quality! Do it right please! 4. The Maintenance Required went on soon after leaving the lot. Haven't dealt with that yet. 5. The front right tire has a hole in it that has been plugged. Is this even ok with a certified car???? 6. I'm supposed to get the interior and exterior treated, windows retinues, and a few accessories installed, but haven't heard from the dealer since purchasing the car......I guess I have to reach out to them and inquire about if my parts are in. Seriously! Quality of the work and the post purchase service are super poor!!!!! Would I go back to buy another car here....NO! Even though the sales guys were nice and accommodating pre sale. It about the over all experience. Would I recommend this dealer to friends and family.....xxxx NO! If I had to do it again would I have purchased this car from them.....xxxx xxxx NO! Hope this helps someone else out there....... More
Lost ignition key during the scheduled service, they admitted that this case was not rare, it actually happened before. Had to bring the extra key from home to reprogram another new one, but the renewe admitted that this case was not rare, it actually happened before. Had to bring the extra key from home to reprogram another new one, but the renewed metal key part needed another 7 to 10 days to be duplicated. But when tried to put the renewed tax paid sticker to the rear license plate, then suddenly found the renewed vehicle license & sticker in envelop put in my Toyota Siena' glove compartment were stolen after service. Never thought this theft could and would happen to a car dealership, but after reviewed the comments of yelp.com for this specific dealership's Service Dept., thefts were very common albeit the quality of the services were shockingly inferior. Toyota of America and its headquarter in Japan both need to take this horrible dealership seriously in order not to ruin their efforts trying to make Toyota better, otherwise this dealership including their sales department and especially, their horrible SERVICE DEPT. would ruin their diligent efforts.
