The guys at Toyota were able to find the car we wanted and get it to us in the same day. We had our very young kids with us and they were so patient. Paperwork was already set and ready for us. We came in test drove the car and left in about less than 2 hours. We will for sure recommend this dealership to our family and friends! More
Bad tires, Terrible service! I leased a Camry 2016, and before the car had 21,000 miles the tires were in terrible shape. When I complained with the service manager they said "sor I leased a Camry 2016, and before the car had 21,000 miles the tires were in terrible shape. When I complained with the service manager they said "sorry we can do nothing about it, that's the way Toyota gives us the car", I had to drive the rest of the mileage with those tires, not driving on the rain season because I could have been involved in an accidental. I complained several times with no results. When the time came to lease another car the salesmen started calling me over and over to renew the lease with them. I told them about my situation and how disappointed I was about this, and they said"we are going to look into this" but the never did, instead they continued calling to renew. Finally I leased the car with another dealer, I returned the car in perfect conditions, except for those bad tires, (the rims were perfect) and now Toyota is trying to charge me for "over use" of the tires. After they agreed that the tires they give to customers are of very bad quality... Maybe for only 20,000 miles. I lease the car for 36,000 miles. My friend had the same problem with them, and he ended up changing his tires, paying $600 for them. He never went back to the dealer. He leased somewhere else. They say that all dealers do the same thing!!!??? More

Good customer service I brought my car in for it's 5,000 mile service. As soon as I pulled an employee came up to me & got the technician who would handle my service. When I brought my car in for it's 5,000 mile service. As soon as I pulled an employee came up to me & got the technician who would handle my service. When my car was done my vehicle was washed & pulled up to me. The dealership also has a very nice waiting area with free Wi-Fi. More
Lies During Purchasing The Internet Sales Manager caused me to crash the car I was test driving. I said I couldn’t park it, he said it was fine. If that isn’t cause to worry, then this is. I had a trade-in it was a lemon & I was given an undervalue. I was told that Toyota would take care of said lemon car, because it should be all of it covered. No, I was given an upside down car & Toyota stole 12k. Your staff steals & lies which is a problem. The lounge area is pretty comfortable too, and since it's located near some shops and restaurants, I decided to go there while I waited.
