Good customer service I brought my car in for it's 5,000 mile service. As soon as I pulled an employee came up to me & got the technician who would handle my service. Lies During Purchasing The Internet Sales Manager caused me to crash the car I was test driving. I said I couldn’t park it, he said it was fine. If that isn’t cause to worry, then this is. I had a trade-in it was a lemon & I was given an undervalue. I was told that Toyota would take care of said lemon car, because it should be all of it covered. No, I was given an upside down car & Toyota stole 12k. Your staff steals & lies which is a problem. The lounge area is pretty comfortable too, and since it's located near some shops and restaurants, I decided to go there while I waited. Daniel was awesome and gave me a call a few minutes before my car was ready to give me time to walk back. More

On top of that my husband told him he was coming with our 2 kids and he was kind enough to get the car pulled up without a wait and helped him transfer the kids over to the other car. We have always had pleasant experiences here but this trip they went above and beyond. Thank you! More

I felt I have been scammed. It was my first time at this Toyota. I Found everybody to be really nice. I purchased a car went home and noticed carpet in the back from passenger si It was my first time at this Toyota. I Found everybody to be really nice. I purchased a car went home and noticed carpet in the back from passenger side was coming off but I didn’t really think about it. One day, when my family member sat in that seat, that carpet completely came off. I took it back to dealer and presented the concern. They decided to fix the carpet and asked me to wait 6 hours. After 6 hour, they handed me a car with a note that *** Thia carpet is not the original carpet and was originally install wrong therefore is not possible to fix it*** when I spoke with a service manager he came up with a plan. He asked me to pay $$1000.00 to re install another carpet that belong there. More

In a service industry, one is responsible to ensure utmost customer care with professionalism and respect. Today culminated two weeks of waisted time trying to get my key and fob ordered and programmed through Toyota of Orange (TO). Much of this is due to lack of follow-up from TO but I can look past that because its close. Appointment set, order complete and 45 minutes into waiting, Cutts denies my service because my tags (that I renewed online) were three days past expiration, even though I showed him the renewal receipt. I could have shown the pink slip to no avail. His rational - Toyota Corporate Policy. Interesting fact, not one of the three other local Toyota dealerships corroborated said policy. According to Kevin Cutts, he is the "only manager today" -- on the busiest day of the month -- and its at his disclosure to allow my key and fob to be programmed. This service was my first step in replacing my current Sequoia and Tundra for newer models. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO TOYOTA of ORANGE BECAUSE OF KEVIN CUTTS. His incompetence is enough to make me seek out deals elsewhere. More
