This dealership is a fraud I have purchased many cars, and some how I was still caught in their fraudulent ways. They give you a price breakdown and once you go into finance that isn't shared with you! Th and some how I was still caught in their fraudulent ways. The only make you sign disclosures on the screen of the desk and everything else is verbal and you sign blindly. They quickly stuff your paperwork away thinking you got a deal! And before it's too late you put 2 and 2 together. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! More

Mi familia y yo tenemos aproximadamente 10 años siendo clientes de Toyota siento que hemos sido víctimas de falsa publicidad y fraude por parte de este Dealer. Hemos estado en busca de un GR86 entramos clientes de Toyota siento que hemos sido víctimas de falsa publicidad y fraude por parte de este Dealer. Hemos estado en busca de un GR86 entramos a revisar en su página web efectivamente tenían un carro llamamos para preguntar y si efectivamente estaba correcta la información hablamos con David nos dijo que si lo teniany que podíamos llegar a verlo y hablar sobre el precio por que era mejor en persona que por teléfono. Hicimos una cita para ese mismo alas 6pm porque nosotros vivimos hasta Los Angeles. Mi esposo Abdel y yo vamos en camino una hora y media en tráfico y recivimos una llamada del señor Miguel diciendo que el era el manager y que ellos no tenían el carro disponible que no savia porque David nos dijo eso pero que todavía podíamos llegar y que el nos podía dar un PDF con la información del carro oh que podíamos ver un BRZ amarillo que tenian..tenían... en ese momento le dejamos saver que tan decepcionados estábamos y regresamos a casa. Algunos días después recibimos una llamada del señor Chris Nguyen otro manager el nos dijo que tenían más carros en camino y que" querían arreglar el error que ellos cometieron" fuimos muy específicos en lo que nosotros queríamos y ellos siguieron en contacto con nosotros. Finalmente nos llaman y nos dicen que tienen un " GR86 HALO WHITE PREMIUM MANUAL TRANSMISSION " justo lo que nosotros estamos buscando nos mandan toda la información en ese momento y siguieron en contacto con nosotros diciéndonos "que nos querían ayudar" "querían que nosotros agarraramos ese carro" confiamos en ellos nuevamente hasta que finalmente llego el día. El dia 3 de marzo a primera hora de la mañana recivo 3 llamadas una de Miguel otra de David y otra de Chris los 3 me dijieron lo mismo que el carro estaba listo, nos hacen una cita ese mismo día alas 6pm inicialmente nosotros queríamos la cita para el día Viernes pero ellos dijieron que era mejor ese mismo día porque tenían 6 clientes más después de nosotros que si ellos no cierran el "deal" con nosotros tenían que ir con el siguiente cliente. Algunas horas después recivo una llamada de Miguel diciéndome que podíamos empezar el proceso por telefono mi esposo tiene 2 trabajos pensamos que era buena idea hacerlo para poder avanzar el proceso mi esposo me autoriza dar su información momentos después recivo otra llamada de ellos diciendo Felicidades el carro es suyo que ahora querían ver a mi esposo para firmar el contrato si siquiera darnos los números ni ninguna información del precio ni nada. Siguieron insistiendo que teníamos que cerrar el contrato "YA" que ellos podían venir hasta Los Angeles para que mi esposo firmara, mi esposo dijo no porque el estaba trabajando que nosotros llegaríamos ala hora de nuestra citay que ahí hablaríamos de números y el contrato. Siguieron insistiendo tanto que finalmente dijimos que si que ellos vinieran alas 4pm con todo el papeleo. Y de que sirvió de NADA porque minutos después me llama Miguel "que alguien más llego con más dinero y que le vendieron el carro " pero que podíamos agarrar uncarro igual pero de transmission Auntomatica "es esto lo mismo" Honestamente nos quedamos sin palabras insistieron tanto para que al final solo corrieran el crédito de mi esposo y le dejaran un "hard inquiry" y para que nos dijieran ya vendimos el carro para mi esto es claramente un fraude por que usaron toda es publicidad para usar la información de mi esposoy no nos ayudaron en nada. Took our RAV4 in for a Paint recall. Aron was our Service Rep, and kept me updated as much as possible, as they had the car for two plus weeks. They did an excellent job, but I do have one complaint. I asked for a trim piece to be replaced in the luggage rack, for which I was charged $196.00. When I picked the Car up, the trim piece was not installed. Pointed it out to Aron, he ran to the parts dept. , grabbed it, popped it on himself !! $ 196.00 !!!!!!!!!!! I could have saved $120.00 by asking him for it and doing it myself?? More
