Let me preface this by saying the sales team is fantastic. Service dept on the other hand is lacking. I brought my Tacoma in for an oil change and whoever changed my oil left the oil cap off. When I get home I smell burning oil and smoke starts to come from the engine bay. Had to have the truck towed back to the dealership. I was provided a loaner (Corolla Cross) which was the largest vehicle they had to loan out. Not ideal for hauling remodeling supplies, which I’m in the middle of don’t a remodel on my house. No idea when I’ll get the truck back. Spent most of my day dealing with this. More
