My experience was EXCELLENT due to the "customer-comes-first" actions and attitude shown to me by my Service Advisor RAFAEL MONTALVO 41489. He took care of my primary reason for being there, PLUS had the technician perform a top to bottom inspection of my vehicle so that I could then choose which additional issues to tackle today versus later, if at all. He also stayed late for me to arrive, so that he could explain everything to me technically. More
