Hit or miss. Lots of employees standing around goofing off apparently just there to find out which customer service rep gets which car. Other than that it doesn’t seem like they do anything else. Customer service reps seem stretched thin, just trying to get people in and out, not a whole lot of customer service going on. Guy who “helped” me didn’t hand me my keys, thank me for coming, or say goodbye. I waited for my keys until someone pointed out that they’re already in the car. Ok, guess that’s my sign to go. Also the “Quiet waiting room” isn’t quiet most of the time. Loud kids, people listening to music on their phone speakers, etc. Both waiting rooms are run-down and depressing. Have gone to North Toyota in the past, have had similar experiences, with one or two reps who actually seem like they care and don’t hate their jobs. More

The service for my car was good, the problem was the advisor Rafael Montalvo ( I think that was his last name) his attitude was very poor, kind of awful. I told him in the beginning that I had a coupon for the oil change where the price was $49 and he mentioned something about me "needing to read the fine print" because he was trying to charge a service charge that would have been added onto the total. Also, I noticed that I usually get a sort of review of what problems my car could have and I did not receive that either. More
The worst experience I have dealt with, service department dropped the ball and lack customer support. Dropped off my car Friday after I was told prior they could resolve the issues same day. State department dropped the ball and lack customer support. Dropped off my car Friday after I was told prior they could resolve the issues same day. Stated that I need 2 issues looked into. Not only did they contact me over 2 days after several efforts to contact them, but they admitted they didn’t diagnosis the aspects I requested. I left with no issues resolved and fuming. More
