I'm very much disappointed this time, service guy came and told me that for oil change the wait time is from 3.5 hrs to 4.5 hrs. If they don't h ave the capacity to meet the demand, then why do they take and told me that for oil change the wait time is from 3.5 hrs to 4.5 hrs. If they don't h ave the capacity to meet the demand, then why do they take vehicles for services. What is the use of making appointments? And service guy was also rude and shouted on me. More

I purchased my 2024 4-Runner here and have been in twice for normal service. Had a rodent chew through my brake line and some other electrical stuff. I took my car in for an oil change, rotation and alinement. I was told it would take 3 hours. It took 9 hours and they didn’t even do the alinement. I was told the tech sent out an incomplete car an alinement. I was told it would take 3 hours. It took 9 hours and they didn’t even do the alinement. I was told the tech sent out an incomplete car and had to take it back in. They didn’t tell me I was going to have to wait another 4 hours. After I arrived to pick up my car when I told it only have an hour left. More
