The purchase of the truck was very smooth. Very much enjoyed dealing with salesperson Mike. Came in today 3-8 because the phone charger quit working. I was told I had to go to service. I did Very much enjoyed dealing with salesperson Mike. Came in today 3-8 because the phone charger quit working. I was told I had to go to service. I did so but they were all booked up. So I have to schedule an appointment and come back for something that should be working to begin with. Kinda disappointed. We will see how the appointment and fix go- J R More

Jared in Service Center is always extremely helpful. I followed him over from the south Austin location. He’s had my loyalty for years. Marco in sales was extremely helpful today. My wife and I ended up I followed him over from the south Austin location. He’s had my loyalty for years. Marco in sales was extremely helpful today. They got me in quick when I arrived, when there were many other people there. My helper was Jared, he helped me with anything and was great. Break down of prices and explained to me all everything that they other people there. My helper was Jared, he helped me with anything and was great. Sad thing is that it does take a long time to fix, but they tell you on the phone if you ask and they have coffee and donuts available if you are there in the morning. Overall great experience. More
