Had an appointment at 9am for 25K checkup - tire rotation, fluid inspection, wiper bland inspection, visual brake inspection, all easy checks. Took 3hrs. He provided no response as to why he did not notify me earlier. Kind of puzzling as to why it took so long and there was no updates. More
