I went in for service with a RAV4 with 56,000 miles for an oil change and service. Zak was my service writer and he assured me the work would be completed on time and I explained to him twice I had people an oil change and service. Zak was my service writer and he assured me the work would be completed on time and I explained to him twice I had people waiting on me so we could leave for SA for the weekend... After 1.5 hours I asked Sebastian, another rep to check on my car as Zak was no where to be found. Same again at 2 hours and finally at 2.5 hours Zak delivered my car with never so much as an apology. I will be back to give them one more chance, but with a different service writer... More

I purchased a pre owned 2025 Toyota Camry on November 15, 2025, the salesman Yousef had great customer service and the lady in finance was awesome. However, I got a nail in my tire, took the vehicle in t 15, 2025, the salesman Yousef had great customer service and the lady in finance was awesome. However, I got a nail in my tire, took the vehicle in to Discount Tire and was told the tread on all 4 tires were at 4/32” and all 4 needed to be replaced. I understand the car was used, but for the purchase price I should not have to replace tires 2 weeks later. More
