I found the sales department of Toyota of Kirkland Excellent. I met Roger and he explained me all the details about the vehicle and was knowlegeable as well. On my first visit, i was not able to close Excellent. I met Roger and he explained me all the details about the vehicle and was knowlegeable as well. They did followup within a week and the manager CJ Singh talked to me. He was very honest and also told me various options. I went to the showroom next day and closed the deal. It was a pain free experience. In absence of Roger, David helped me on the day of closing. Financing department was great as well although i think they can reduce the time they spend on explaining the different maintainence packages. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Kirkland to other friends and relatives. More
