Kirkland Toyota did a good job matching the lowest price I could find in the area. Mostly I appreciated Roger Carr's no pressure approach. I simply asked him what I wanted to know and he answered without an I could find in the area. Mostly I appreciated Roger Carr's no pressure approach. He let me know what my options were and left it to me to decide without trying to sway my opinion one way or the other. My one complaint is that I left a message that the dealer should not contact me by phone because this was a surprise gift for my wife and that they should only contact me through email. Apparently this was not clear to the manager because he told Roger to call me. Since I did not leave a number (on purpose because I did not want to be called) they found my wifes number in some old records and called her asking how to reach me. That put an end to the surprise. I chalk that up to a miscommunication though so I won't ding them for that. More

Roger worked with us for a couple months to ensure we got the right new Prius C. The experience was excellent with low pressure while keeping us fully up to date all along the way. Sold me a badly wrecked car, told me it was clean, had a clean CarFax and that it was fresh off a lease. Well it turns out the CarFax was NOT clean, and the car had been in a major wreck with a new (bad) clean CarFax and that it was fresh off a lease. I just wanted to write up my recent experience at Toyota of Kirkland. Hands down, it was the best experience at a car dealership that I've ever had. Once we agreed upon a price, the paperwork was drawn up and I was so grateful they didn't try to hard sell any accessories or add-ons. They understood what I wanted and needed, and the signing went quickly. Stephanie also showed off their convenient web site where we scheduled my first service visit at the beginning of next year, which of course falls under the 2-year Toyota Maintenance plan which is another great benefit. Although the new car was brand new with only 6 miles on it, they took the time to wash it again until there wasn't a speck on it, inside or out. Roger gave me an excellent overview of the car's unique features and then drove the car to my own home several miles away. More

The car is loads of fun to drive too. I would, and am recommending anyone who is interested in the FR-S in the Seattle Tacoma area come to Scion of Kirkland, even if it's a bit of a drive, it's totally worth it to have the experience I did.
