She was very patient with us. She walked us through all that we needed to know. Left the dealership to go back the next day. This time we talked to Paria because Carin had another customer but they coordinated. The finance team was just wonderful. Alina played her role so great. We left TOK that evening happy riding in our van back home. This was a worthy decision, and I thank the entire Toyota of Kirkland Team. I recommend everybody to TOK. Have had my Highlander in numerous times for service. Work said done has not been done. Turns out a review of the service record by another dealer just yesterday showed that the only service that was co Work said done has not been done. The last time Toyota of Kirkland had my vehicle and supposed replaced a dome light and check the entire electrical system for possible drain/short, NOTHING was actually done. All the other work the other multiple visits that was paid for was NOT done at all. More
