First they lie to you to get you into the store. Then they lie to you on the price of the car you wanted. Then when you have the car and notice everything wrong about it and everything they lied to you about, it’s too late because you signed all the paperwork. And to put the cherry on top, they sold me a brand new car with 7 miles on it, then have the audacity to say the car doesn’t come with floor mats at all, not even the cheap ones every new car comes with. DO NOT GO TO HOLLYWOOD TOYOTA. More

As a returning customer, I didn't feel treated with loyalty. I was expecting better service and perks. The price asked by the Toyota agent was more than what the ad says.
