Our Sales Person Richard Jean-Louis was excellent and actually exceeded expectations. He was very low-key and non pressure. There is no point in scheduling an appointment if you don't serve the cars in order of arrival. I do NOT understand why I had to wait FOUR hours for an oil change. It is always frustrating when you ask don't serve the cars in order of arrival. I do NOT understand why I had to wait FOUR hours for an oil change. It is always frustrating when you ask for updates and nobody knows anything. You have to sit there and pray for the associate not to forget you. You have the worst customer service. More

I had a 7:30am appointment for service which I was told would take a little under 2 hours. 3+ hours later I had to leave, the car wasn’t washed because it took too much time and the dashboard stated the ca would take a little under 2 hours. 3+ hours later I had to leave, the car wasn’t washed because it took too much time and the dashboard stated the car was low on washer fluid.
