Dishonest business practices combined with unacceptable time to do routine maintenance such as changing the oil on a vehicle is the beginning of an alarming trend and not a good relationship I wish to esta time to do routine maintenance such as changing the oil on a vehicle is the beginning of an alarming trend and not a good relationship I wish to establish with a dealer. I find it downright unacceptable that an oil and filter change take more than 90 minutes, let alone 6 hours and will be taking my business elsewhere. More
