I feel that they charged me too much for the car and I could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere. Daniel,the salesperson was fantastic,but limited by what he could do. The last time I bought a car was 22 years ago, so needless to say, I was very nervous about purchasing a new car. The employees at Toyota of Hollywood were wonderful. They were very courteous and v needless to say, I was very nervous about purchasing a new car. The employees at Toyota of Hollywood were wonderful. They were very courteous and very knowledgable about the different types of cars. I had been to several other dealers--Honda, KIA--but felt that Toyota offered me the best deal and the best price at the time. The only reason I rated the price of my RAV4 as good and not great is because I bought the car between promotions and, unfortunately, didn't get the 0 percent interest offer that was offered some weeks later. However, the price was still less than what I was quoted for a car at the Honda dealer. I am very pleased with my purchase and am looking forward to my first courtesy oil change and car wash :) More

The reason that I have given hour facility this ratinge is because even through everyone is nice sometimes the quality of the work is questionable. For instance, on two occasions I had to return my car to you after one for your technician have worked on it either because they did not reset the button after maintenance or the they had missed something (making the job incomplete). For the high prices your facility charges you should be providing excellent repair or maintanance work. More
