I was greeted in Spanish rather than English. However, the valet staff were very polite and friendly. Drew wasn't particularly friendly, but he did get the job done. He didn't ask me if I needed a ride and when I requested one he seemed surprised by my request, as if I made him do more work. When I received the car, I had to remove the plastic and paper. I'm pregnant and bending down to remove the paper cover on the floor isn't a particularly easy task for me. It was easy to schedule an appointment and change it. I like the service text program. I was pleased with the service placed on my car. More
