Worse experience in my life. Never going to this dealer or any toyota ever. I brought a certified used car that at the beginning I never wanted but they didn't have any new and t Never going to this dealer or any toyota ever. I brought a certified used car that at the beginning I never wanted but they didn't have any new and they convinced me to get this one with extended warranty and I'll never have to worry about it. Took them one week to give me the car after I brought it supposedly they were making sure everything was working perfect. There was always giving me problems with a weird noise after I bought it, I took it for service they told me they fixed it but the noise never went away I didn't have time to bring the car every week to them. After 16 months of me being with the car all sensors started malfunctioning which was very dangerous the first time the car wouldn't stop and the steering wheel was stuck and I almost crash. After that I took it for service and on my way there the car just stopped by itself when all sensors malfunctioned. I explained what happened at the service they told me I need to change my battery and they charged me $280 which was fine, after that the problem still and this time the car was parked and it wouldn't move so I brought it again they told me the acceleration was not calibrated and that cause the sensors malfunctioned and everything was good now, but it wasn't while I was driving the car again all sensors turned on and the car wonr stop and the steering wheel was stuck I almost crash again. I went to service again and explained what happened end beg for them to fix it this time because there was 3 months that I wasn't able to drive the car or use it properly because I was scared of driving it like that it was dangerous. They kept the car for a whole week to tell me that the car was involved in an accident and that was the cause for the sensors to be malfunctioning there was physical evidence that the car was hit in from and back. So the dealer ripped me off selling me a "certified" used car with a clean title that was actually already crashed with one of the previous owners so if I wanted the car to be fixed I had to pay because the extended warranty had no coverage for crash which wasn't my problem. I asked if I can take it to another dealer to get checked and they told me yes that my extended warranty was valid in all the Toyotas of the country. I took it to Lipton toyota and explain same story and I left the car after another week they told me the car was crashed in the back only not the front so I went to Hollywood toyota again to solve this issue that to start was their problem because they lied about the car being certified and there was a previous crash that doesn't show in the carfax and neither on the certificate. I told them I need my car or my money because I paid every single month for that car and it was useless. Well the solution they gave me the only one was to trade in the bad car which they'll sell to someone else that probably will have my same problem, give me another car and add the debt for the bad car to this one which it wasn't fair for me because I don't have to pay for this problem it was their problem and they didn't care about it. Anyways I ended up accepting because I don't have time for this anymore and patience this was taking my time and I had no car to work. I mentioned my car was at Lipton Toyota they told me don't worry we will bring it here and we'll take care of everything just sign for the new car and I left. After a week they told me that I have to go to Lipton to pay $170 for the diagnostic if not they can't pick up the car. Then they called me from Lipton to tell me the same to go and pick up the car and pay. I told them that Toyota of Hollywood was going to take care because that was they told me. After a few days both dealers threatened me Toyota of Hollywood told me if I don't bring the bad car to them they won't pay for it and will take the debt to repo. The Lipton Toyota they told me if I don't pick up my car and pay $170 they will start charging me $150 per day plus the $170. So 0 stars More
