I have a terrible experience with this company. Brandon was the service agent, very nice and professional but, because the money was too much, I cancelled and came back an hour letter. I spoke with Mr Dawn Manning, He was very nonchalant,, not willing to help. After waiting 45minutes and Brandon did not come, I went back to Dawn if he will help but felt so reluctant and acting as if I was begging him or forcing him to help, Finally said he will go and talk with Brandon. Mr Manning left never came back and thereafter, Brandon came. It was written on the tee shirt your staff is wearing but the behavior of Dawn Manning was opposite. Uncaring man. Even if Mr Manning cannot continue with Mr Brandon work, at least Mr Manning should be nice on the phone though he claimed the ticket was not cancelled.I I prayed not to come across such an individual. The second thing that Toyota did was, I paid for Dunlop tire, when I checked it after getting home, it was touring tire they placed on it. No explanation of this whatsoever. Do you call this a good customer service? Terrible. All I need to do is to report to? Guess what, one out of 4 tires has lost air, I might go back again. Is this a good service More
