The process was pretty forward and my offer was accepted with the help of Pedro Pena. The car had a recall and Pedro insisted that every car has to go through service before it can be delivered to the cus with the help of Pedro Pena. I was promised that the car will be ready by 6pm on 10/26. Pedro left me a message that the car was not ready when I was already on route. I did not get the message. Upon arrival with Uber, I was informed that the car was not ready because of the service department. Right there, I wanted to cancel the sale. Pedro employed me not to and drove me home since I didn't have transportation home. Next day arrived around 5;30 with the intension to cancel the sale. I was presented to Darien (finance). Darien informed me that if I cancel the payment that I made (personal check and CC) will be returned only after 15 days (took only 24hrs to clear from my bank meaning the company had the money to reimburse). After negotiation, I was offered a refund to my cc (still waiting to clear) which I accepted. The car was clean and was gassed. Thank you, Pedro and Darien. Respectfully, Herman C More
