I went in for an oil change and was told that the cost was $300 because the car needed filters, tire rotation and inspection. I agreed. While waiting for the car, I was told that car needed a brake clean was $300 because the car needed filters, tire rotation and inspection. I agreed. While waiting for the car, I was told that car needed a brake cleaning and rear pads plus wiper blades. Since the repair had to do with the brakes, I agreed. The total price was now $657.00. I added up each item and the price was $100 less. The invoice had to be corrected. Also the brake pads were not replaced and the manual brake is not working so I will have to take the car back for proper repair. More

Scam alert! I sent a picture of what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Tyler said they had it and come in. I drove 45 minutes to get there and he hand I sent a picture of what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Tyler said they had it and come in. I drove 45 minutes to get there and he hands me off to Edwin who says they don’t have it and tries to get me to pay $5,000 more for one they can order. I leave. Half a week later Tyler texted me again saying they reworked the deal. I texted Edwin and he said yes, come in. I got there and again they had lied to me and he said his manager wouldn’t approve it. I walked out for the last time never to return. Save yourself and go to an honest dealer if you can find one! More
