Service Department member Daniel Metts was terrific. Explained things clearly, called promptly. Problem was that I had been told by Service Manager Lenny in 2021 that I was entitled to 5 additional oi Explained things clearly, called promptly. In fact, I had to pay for the service this visit ($80+). Danny could not help me. Lenny was not available. I was annoyed and feel this was "bait and switch" and obviously misleading. More

Arrived for my appointment for a simple service and then waited 30 minutes for intake. When the attendant then said I might be waiting a few hours for a tire rotation and oil change because it was the weeke waited 30 minutes for intake. I was told that the appointment guaranteed only that I would be seen, not when. I have never had this experience in the previous decades of Toyota ownership in other cities. More
