All the service folks were friendly and attentive to my needs. Communication with the service rep was not very good but everyone else was great. I was left waiting and had to ask if my vehicle was ready. I needs. Communication with the service rep was not very good but everyone else was great. However in this case he should have passed the job to someone else so that I could be notified instead of waiting as long as I did. More
