DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! Worst dealerships ever do not buy your car here!! ! Me and my Wife went in to see a used car (2009 Toyota Corolla) that we saw on the internet, however, they totally ignored that and went straight to trying to sell me a new car when I specifically told him we did not want a new Car because we knew that is was going to be way too expensive for our budget as a first time buyer. Eventually, we were told that we could get approved even thought we did not have the credit for it. Then we start filling out all the paper work even after DENNIS AGUILAR WAS told that we did not want the car he continued to be very aggressive and unprofessional with his sales tactics! Soon after Dennis asked for our credit card, we asked what for and he said just so we can have it on file. My wife being gullible and trusting him she gave him the card for the deposit he said nothing would be ran until a deal was agreed upon. We then head over to finance and start talking number they were trying to help us with our budget but the number were not for our budget. We tell them that we couldn’t make the payments and that we were going to go somewhere else, then Dennis comes running from left field and starts telling us that we should go look at used cars which is what we had told him initially. So we then head over to the used car lot that where we didn’t like anything we saw, Dennis continued with his pushy salesman tactics and did not want to lose us as a potential buyer. We then left soon after Dennis gave us a call and told us that he had a better car and to come back tomorrow. 3 hours after leaving the dealer my wife when to go use her card and it was declined, we go and check her bank statement and it was 0!!!!!!!! I call Dennis and could not get a hold of him for 2 hours!!! After reaching Dennis I asked him why he ran the CC after he had told us that nothing would be ran until we came to a agreement. He soon after gave us a BS excused and told us once again to go back tomorrow to the lot. We go back to get the refund and we were not able to get the refund after 3 days!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE !! More

We have gone to other dealerships to look but we always wind up coming back here when it is time to purchase. There is a big difference in the attention we receive here when compared to other dealerships. It makes us want to return each time. Mr. Bobe provided excellent service and was very personable. He answered all our questions with patience and in great detail. We would certainly buy another car from him and this dealership and would recommend both to our friends. I had the misfortune of being targeted my Mr. Prince (I don't remember his first name) who accompanied me on the test drive back in March 2014. To begin with any dealership you go to makes a photocopy of your license and returns it to you IMMEDIATELY before the test drive. Toyota of Hollywood will keep your license ransom so that you are forced to go into the office to retrieve it. Once this happens buckle brace yourself because you will be hammered. When we returned to the office Mr. Prince baited me into running my credit. You can call it whatever you want and blame the customer since its their credit being run, but at the end of the day but Mr. Prince was acutely aware of what he was doing. After almost an hour of being attacked by this man into almost buying a car, at a price which was not even worth the ordeal btw, I was finally able to demand and receive my license back. This wasn't the end of it, however, as Mr. Prince chased me down in the parking lot to tell me that I shouldn't run my credit anywhere else since it would affect my rating. Even after I emerged from this Mr. Prince called me incessantly for days after even though I did not pick up. Only after I finally answered and firmly told him to stop calling did the calls finally cease. This dealership is so bad that on a 1-5 scale giving them a rating of even 1 would actually be doing them a favor. If I were an executive at Toyota I would be embarrassed to have this dealership sell my automobiles. More

I took a 2008 Nissan Quest for a test drive I loved it and the price was right. My salesman was one of the biggest BSer's that I've ever met but I ingnored him knowing that the vehicle was being offered and the price was right. My salesman was one of the biggest BSer's that I've ever met but I ingnored him knowing that the vehicle was being offered to me for a reasonable price. He told me with confidence that the mini van had 270 horse power and took regular gas. I looked it up on my smart phone in front of him and pointed out that it had 235 hp and that it recommended 91 octane(premium gas). I purchased the vehicle and paid in full and was promised that I would be able to pick it up the following day after they inspected it. This vehicle was listed for sale on their website. The following day I was told that the DVD player didn't work and there was a problem with one of the windows and It wouldn't be ready for another day. I called the next day and then was told that the vehicle wasn't going to pass inspection and that It had something wrong with the engine. When I drove it during the test drive it ran perfect. And when I was working on getting my refund put back on my credit card it was a large pain. Also for some unknown reason they just ran my credit without my permission when I initially paid with my credit card, this seems very shady to me. I wasted several hours at this dealership and from my experience I would only send my enemies there. More
I leased a brand new Toyota Camry back in 2011; by the end of 2013 I started to get phone calls from the sales associates of Toyota Hollywood, telling me that I qualified for a trade in and that they will end of 2013 I started to get phone calls from the sales associates of Toyota Hollywood, telling me that I qualified for a trade in and that they will take care of the remaining payments and I will be able to get a brand new 2014 Camry, with no down payment. Of course this sounded very interesting, so I waited until my next day off to go to the dealership, once I got there everything changed, they wasted my entire day, and after they ran out of option that will only benefit them, they finally told me… sorry there is nothing we can do for you, you should try again in a few months….very disappointed I returned home telling myself that I will never go back to Toyota of Hollywood (Fl) Not too long after that I started to receive phone calls again, this time from a sales person named Crocket, with by the way call me over a 50 times, trying to get my attention, until he finally did by telling me the following: I really want you to stop by I have a great deal for you!!! You will trade in your 2011 Toyota Camry (with 7 remaining payment left) and we will give you a brand new 2014 Toyota Camry SE. You won’t have to put a dollar for down payment (because of my “Toyota loyalty”) and you will even have lower payment going from $360.00 a month (what I’m paying right now) to $ 240.00 a month.. Well needless to say this sounded really good, so good that I had to ask him, are you sure that you can do that??? To what he responded of course I can!! I already even talk to my boss about it. So I finally show up and I asked for him as he told me to do so (Crocket), turns out that he send another guy to talk to me, (this after bombing me with over 50 phone calls), not a good start at all…How rude are you not to show your face to a customer that you had been calling repeatedly promising something that appear to be a great deal?? Instead he send this other guy Peter saying that he was really busy on the phone….whatever…very rude, very unprofessional So this guy Pete tried everything on his power to make me put money down, tried to convince me to buy the xxxx car, and he even tried to get my wife’s social security number. I told him that Crocket had promise me such and such over the phone, and that is exactly what I’m here to collect, he went two or three times to see his boss, and finally return once again saying, I’m sorry dude, there is nothing we can do for you, you should come back in a couple of months. I hope any of the so called upper management individual of this so called car dealership reads this review take cares of the situation so they stop losing business….. You need to understand that our satisfaction as customers it is in fact your future as car dealership, and that there is many other car brands and different car dealerships that will gladly take our business, with this stupid game you tried to pull on me, you lost me and my family (that all drive Toyota cars), and we won’t be coming back to you and we will never get a Toyota again. You should have more respect for your customers; “we” make the difference in between a great dealership, and a not so good one… such as yours I will make sure to run this review in all major websites, and all social media, to alert other and prevent this to happen to other potential customers I believe that successful sales business is fundamentally and ultimately based on human relationships and personal connection…something you need to teach your staff about. More

Mr. Richard Jean-Louis helped me find the right van. I am disabled and from the moment he started looking for what he had available he kept my disabilities in consideration.
