Very unprofessional and unorganized the finance agent same would blow up my phone at 9-10pm at night they also made me come in 3 different times to install a tracker in my car made me come in to sign con same would blow up my phone at 9-10pm at night they also made me come in 3 different times to install a tracker in my car made me come in to sign contract made me wait over 2 hours just to have them send me the contract through email even after I asked if it could be done through email they told me no I wish I could give a rating lower than this it was the worst experience I’ve had buying anything ever More

I like going to Toyota of Hollywood for service. Their drive through camera system is awesome. It takes a picture of your car as you pull in for service so if anything happens while in their care i Their drive through camera system is awesome. It takes a picture of your car as you pull in for service so if anything happens while in their care it is taken care of. This time I was a little upset with the amount of time I had to wait (4 hours) for an oil change and tire rotation and getting there just a little after 7am. I do think this was uncalled for. Leonid did explain that it was because I had 92,000 miles on the car but 4 hours is way over the top. More
