Richard was a great help. I purchased a Toyota Camry in 2011, the car was great so I bought a 2019 from a dealer that was closer to home. I went to look at 2020 Camry's just to look, I didn't need a new ca 2011, the car was great so I bought a 2019 from a dealer that was closer to home. I went to look at 2020 Camry's just to look, I didn't need a new car however, when I got there Richard was informative, professional, and everything I said I would consider, he produced. The process was very organized and although I wasn't looking to buy a new car, I ended up leaving with a 2020 SE Camry (the car I really wanted from the beginning). I was extremely happy. Awful service department i’ve been trying to service my car that I have a lease from them for the past three weeks every time I go They tell me it It’s not possible because they are extremely busy and they car that I have a lease from them for the past three weeks every time I go They tell me it It’s not possible because they are extremely busy and they don’t have time for oil changes to make a appointment well I did make one and I show up and They still didn’t take care of me because they said they had too many cars that showed up without a appointment and they were inside already . Very shady (I feel). Bought a "new" Toyota 4Runner; found out a day later the car had been leased for 4-5 months - and was not disclosed. The car should have clearly been on the "pre-owned" lot, not the new car lot. Very disingenuous and bad faith practice, in my opinion. More

Don't TRUST YOUR REPAIRS ARE DONE CORRECTLY I have been going to Toyota of Hollywood now for 8 years now. The last 2 years I have horrible service experience with their service department. Drew I have been going to Toyota of Hollywood now for 8 years now. The last 2 years I have horrible service experience with their service department. Drew has been my go to guy for my service as well. I had a issue with my wiper fluid not working and I brought it in to get repaired. I also had a nail in my tire on the passengers side and told him about it. When I came to collect my car after about 3 hours Drew said that my wiper fluid was clogged and they couldn't find the nail in my tire. So, I took it home and saw the nail when I got out and noticed they were suppose to rotate my tires. The Caps were off of them as well. I came out to go to work the next day and that same tire was flat. They didn't even look at my tires. Plus, my wiper fluid was just spitting out fluid. After a day or 2 it stopped working all together. I had my car in for the same issue 4 times. I even spoke to the Head Manager of Service. I believe his name is Brian. I let him know of my experience and I wanted him to know to get it right. I had my car in for the same thing 4 times. My last time I took it in I asked Drew to change the oil since this would be my last free oil change. It has been about a month and being that I am working from Home I don't drive my car much at all. I noticed the other day that my spot was all black. I thought maybe it was puddles of rain from the storms. I moved my car back and saw that it was the oil. I checked my oil and NO FLUID IS ON THE DIPSTICK!!!! xxx!!! I have had it with Toyota of Hollywood. I have given them several chances to get it right. I am so disgusted with this blatant disregard for service. I will never trust them again. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR YOU CAR OR TRUCK. michele P. More

Yesterday my husband and I, after searching through dozens of dealers, were lucky enough to go to the Toyota dealership in Hollywood, Fl 1841 N ST 7. We are so satisfied with the deal that we were both surprised and highly impressed. From the first phone call for a first survey, the attitude was positive and collaborative, very sensitive to us as potential clients, understanding that the budget to buy a car is sometimes limited, but they will make a huge effort to get closer to our possibilities. Mr. Camilo Alfonso attended us by phone very collaborative, it is important to explain that we know how to differentiate between the sales or marketing skills that every seller applies and the true intention to sell, helping, understanding, and this has been the case. During our visit, we were attended by Mr. Edwin Rosado, a wonderful guy, so fantastic, with an incredible desire to collaborate, a positive person who does not need to talk too much, he is practical, friendly, fast, super reliable and wonderful. We were also attended by a cool financier, a boy named José Hernández that anyone would like to have as a friend and finally Mr. Alejandro received us for the insurance process, who is at the same level as his colleagues. I end by saying that it is an A + team. For our next vehicle we hope, God willing, to revisit a familiar place that does everything for your needs. We are just happy. God bless you!!
