I bought a 2010 used car from Hollywood Toyota. The car was serviced, and all issues were addressed. I noticed another issue once I drove it home and Hollywood Toyota addressed the item immediately. The worst experience with the service went for oil.chane with a apointment a 11 with isaiah and have to wait 3 hour and was the worst experience No sense in making appoitment because they make you wait li with a apointment a 11 with isaiah and have to wait 3 hour and was the worst experience No sense in making appoitment because they make you wait like you walk in service and after I received a Text that the truck was ready I had to wait 45 mint for hum to come up the desk they are careless ,after he come up gave the Key to the front ladies and I had to wait 30 more mint because they pass the Key to 5 different people they play with the Key one pass to the other into i got really mad and told the lady if they are going to get my truck and fanily got it this happen on 7/12/21 dont recomend they service the WORST SERVICE I EVER GOT More
