They lost my keys and I had to wait a long time for my car. Only one person in the service center outside spoke English, which is kind of ridiculous in that line of business. I had two different types of service done on the vehicle with two different service coordinator. I think his name is Lenny. He was respectful and communicated with well with when asked question. Unfortunately, I gave a poor rating due to my overall rating of my service experience. I’m recommending this location because there are still good people that preform their duties well, even if they are having a bad day. I do hope my next service experience is much better in future as there are other service centers accepting new business. More
