Their service department is great! ! Their sales department needs a lot of work. Ten years ago we bought a car here and the sales woman knew nothing about Toyota vehicles. This time it ! Finally get appt. No one greets us, no one knew about appt. The men who I think we're in charge) are standing behind the desk just laughing and having a good time. The lady behind another desk is just sitting there. Maybe she was online or something. The salesman was very knowledgeable. Seems like there's no communication between the boss and sales people. I appreciate not only the the friendliness but the kindness. I had to bring my little dog because I have noone to leave her with and didn't know how long I'd be. What more can I say, except I wish I had taken the assosiates' names. One was a young lady with long dark hair. The other was a young guy who took my information.
