I'd just driven from Colorado to Michigan, and noticed a leak under the vehicle. Above all, Ben was friendly, honest and timely, even when he had to deliver difficult news. I went to Toyota of Grand Rapid and purchased a used Jeep Wrangler. Unfortunately, the vehicle turned out to be a lemon. An undiagnosed problem surfaced within a day and a half after purchase. Three weeks later and five return trips to the dealership, Toyota of Grand Rapids unwound the deal and bought the vehicle back. The quality of people that I dealt with and the service provided was first class in every respect. We had a difficult situation on our hands. Many dealers would have simply said that I took a risk in buying a used car, not attempted to repair the vehicle and not bought it back. The fact that they put their customer first, even when it was a loss to the dealership, speaks loudly about their commitment to customer satisfaction.
