When I called to get an appointment for maintenance warranty under 20,000 miles I was told front end alignment was included at no charge. When I arrived for my appointment I was told the front alignmen warranty under 20,000 miles I was told front end alignment was included at no charge. When I arrived for my appointment I was told the front alignment was not and would cost me $140which I was not prepared for because it was 2016 and past the warranty period even though it had less than 20,000 miles.. I feel I was misled by the technician who setup the appointment or he did not ask the right questions. More
During my first oil change after purchasing this “Certified” used car from this dealer, the dealer’s mechanic discovered the car had a bad heat screen—an estimated $700 repair. Next, two tires needed to be replaced, when I called to ask about the sale on 4 tires, the service department rep never returned calls made that day or the follow morning. They kept the car overnight, called, said the car was ready and was sending the shuttle to pick me up. I waited nearly 30 minutes on the shuttle (I’m 5 minutes from the dealer), I called driver who said, “Oh, 30 minutes isn’t long.” Then he went to the wrong street and I directed him in. When I arrived at the dealer, I stood and waited as the service reps looked at their computer monitors, never acknowledged my presence or bothered to say, “May I help you?” Or, “Someone will be with you in a moment.” I’m very disappointed with the lack of people skills here. More

We had to wait a month to get the appointment for an oil change. When my wife arrived @ 10:10 for the 10:30 appointment, she was told that there was a 2 hour backup. She told the person who checked her in t change. When my wife arrived @ 10:10 for the 10:30 appointment, she was told that there was a 2 hour backup. She told the person who checked her in that she would wait in the waiting area. By 1:20 pm when she hadn’t heard anything, she checked with the same person who said the cart was done. Paperwork said the car was done @ 11:28!! The person said he checked the waiting room once but never checked again! She was in the restroom when he checked & he never checked again. Terrible customer service! More
