For some reason, a bunch of paperwork was set up for me to sign for a rental car at Toyota which I do not need. I told her that I already talked to Enterprise and I had a reservation. let me call Enterprise again because I was confused.She said " if you dont want to take rental car here then you can go ahead and pay for a rental car" . I was kinda annoyed but I brushed it off. then She turned to her coworker and kinda like gave me the look. I tried to call Enterprise but they didnt pick up my calls. She looked at me she said" I'm gonna go ahead and shred all the paperwork". I said hold on. I dont know how long she has been working here at Toyota but she is so very unprofessional and have zero knowledge about insurance claim car and regular car services. after all she realized something so she said "oh your car is insurance claimed car so if you take this rental car you will have to pay". Thats exactly what my point is.Why in the first place she thought that it's free? if I sign the paper work then I have to pay everyday. very disappointed. I worked with Alex ( sevice advisor) and he is wonderful. More
Good Experience Mark Gonzales was a pleasure to work with on a new auto purchase - as was Faith and Saif in the finance area. Disappointed I have used this dealership for service for almost 10 years and was very pleased, but things must have recently changed. First, when my Avalon hit 36, I have used this dealership for service for almost 10 years and was very pleased, but things must have recently changed. First, when my Avalon hit 36,000 miles, I bought the extended service plan. In the past, I received an oil change every 5000 miles, so when due I took the car back and was told that with the service plan, it will replace the oil at 10,000 miles. No one explained this to me, and had I known would not have purchased the warranty. I took it back for the 10,000 mile oil change, and what used to take 30 minutes took 4 hours. The advisor, Steve Doane, was very unfriendly, and when I spoke with the service manager, he apologized and offered me a free wheel alignment if I purchased tires. They did price match the tires, so I made an appointment for July 5 at 8:30 am to have the tires replaced. i arrived there at 8 am and checked in with Steve Doane, and told him I would wait for the service to be completed. At 10:30 am I asked Steve what the status was and he said they were working on it and he would check on it. He never got back to me and at 11:00 am I complained to the service manager as to why it was taking so long and he told me they had never started on it and did not realize I was waiting for it. He did give me a loaner and they delivered my car later that day, but Steve seems to care less about his customers. Tim does attempt to make it right, but only after complaints. Also, there was a $70 rebate on the tires. I submitted the rebate form and it was rejected. No where on the invoice did it state the brand or size of the tires. I did email Tim for another invoice, but as of yet do not have it. More

Lousy service and management does not care 4 trips in to Toyota of Denton for service netted me: hours of wasted time, being handed REPAIR bills for warranty work items, knowing the customer is 4 trips in to Toyota of Denton for service netted me: hours of wasted time, being handed REPAIR bills for warranty work items, knowing the customer is just there to support the service advisor/manager's need to bill services. I did get one REPAIR actually completed --- but that took an entire week with rental car hassles to get one days work actually completed. Last two weeks - I went to competitor, got all the REPAIRS completed, vehicle is fully ready to go - with NO BILL to pay for warranty REPAIRS. I, also, bought another Toyota (my thirteenth) - and definitely did NOT even consider going anywhere near Toyota of Denton for the purchase. I called three times across 8 days for the General Manager of Toyota of Denton......... still waiting to talk. Guess not even management cares about customers. All this in just 6 month period. Thankfully, there are many other Toyota Dealerships in the area not owned or managed by the Toyota of Denton crew. More

Best car buying experience ever I called Mark Gonzales this morning and told him exactly what I was looking for and my payments. He called me back and said Alex King was able to get I called Mark Gonzales this morning and told him exactly what I was looking for and my payments. He called me back and said Alex King was able to get me a fantastic interest rate. My payments are less then what I said I could afford. Alex was wonderful with handling the interest and payments. When I got to the dealership, Mark had the car cleaned and fueled up. I literally walked in and signed the paperwork and left. Mark Gonzales was awesome! I qualify for a better interest rate and they screwed me with a higher one claiming that due to havin This dealership lies and never returns my call. I qualify for a better interest rate and they screwed me with a higher one claiming that due to having another car loan and house loan I can't have the rate I have on my other truck. I went to a different dealer and they said I qualify for the lower rate. Buyers beware of these scammers unless they make things right with me I will never recommend them to anyone in this world More

He went over the new Tacoma with me and pointed out things that I might not have noticed that might be different from the 2014 Tacoma I was trading in. All in all, an exceptional experience, the kind which would make a buyer want to return to the same dealer the next time a purchase needed to be made. More
