In town for the weekend I work in Wichita KS, however live in Denton. My AC went out just as I was leaving Wichita. My wife called Toyota of Denton for a Saturday appointment I work in Wichita KS, however live in Denton. My AC went out just as I was leaving Wichita. My wife called Toyota of Denton for a Saturday appointment. They got my 2003 4Runner in replaced the relay on the AC and I picked my car up by noon. Poor service, ignoring me Took my van to service department to have dash replaced due to recall. Said I would get it back next day, took another day. When my wife was driving i Took my van to service department to have dash replaced due to recall. Said I would get it back next day, took another day. When my wife was driving it home, she noticed that the radio did not work. Mr Joe Roberts said to bring it in to let them work on it. (This was December 2016). The said it would take a while so they gave us a loaner truck. After about 3 weeks they wanted truck back for service and gave us a Rav to drive. After a couple of weeks Joe said they had to have car back, and came and got it. Joe turned my case over to a Mr Tim Dorweiler, (Some kind of manager), who said he would see that my radio will get fixed. Going to buy a new one or a good used radio. Haven't heard from them in over a month, and now he won't return my calls. Today's date is July 27,2017. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
