I worked with Austin (sales) Julian (finance) and both were very helpful and nice. We came to an agreement on a price (which I was hoping for a little bit better deal but I understand they have money to m were very helpful and nice. I traded in my 2019 Mazda CX9 Touring for a 2022 Mazda CX5 that’s completely loaded out. I didn’t need a third row anymore and the CX5 has more options lower mileage better gas mileage and cheaper insurance not to mention I financed for a shorter term and my payment was less than on the CX9 which includes bumper to bumper, wheel and tire, paint interior protection coverage. Austin even completed the deal over the phone brought my new car to my house and picked up the trade in so I didn’t have to get out in the rain! More

We primarily worked with Austin Calfee, who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and honest—everything you hope for in a salesperson. He took the time to answer all our questions without pressure and made us feel confident in our decision. We also chatted with Mike Covington a bit throughout the process, and while he wasn’t directly involved in our sale, he contributed to the overall positive atmosphere with great conversation and genuine friendliness. Everyone we interacted with at Toyota of Cleveland was personable and down-to-earth, which really stood out to us. Even though we initially made the hour and a half drive because they had a specific car we were interested in, the excellent customer service we received made it clear that we’d happily make that trip again in the future—skipping other dealerships along the way.
