Mean other than the fact I got approved for a 18 19000 dollar car and not a 8000 i dont understand. But other then that I couldn't have ask for a better experience. They got me approved and in a 2024 outl dollar car and not a 8000 i dont understand. But other then that I couldn't have ask for a better experience. They got me approved and in a 2024 outlander. Within a hour or so. I would recommend Toyota to anyone. More

I recently bought a used truck at Toyota of Cleveland. Kenny Jones was the sales associate that worked with me along with Stockton Coffey as the sales manager and Crystal Thompson handled the finances. I can say enough about how easy they were to work with. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to hide anything. I was looking for a truck and they had one they wanted to sale so we just sat down and talked about it. It was just a good experience all the way through the process. I’m really pleased with the truck that I bought and I feel like I got a good deal on it. Thank’s guys. Keep up the good work. More

Justice Goodner was extremely thorough explaining the different packages I could add to car plan while also explaining all the paperwork involving the financial aspect of car.
