I entered into a lease agreement for a 2013 Rav 4 at Bay Ridge Toyota on June 17, 2013. I decided to return to this dealership because it was the one that I leased my 2010 Rav 4 from and after reaching out Ridge Toyota on June 17, 2013. My salespeople were friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They not only assisted me during the purchase they have remained helpful with assisting me with my questions and concerns afterwards. My car was due for it's 1st 5k mile service call, so I was going to bring it on over the wknd, but on Mon of this past week, my sunroof jammed at the last minute. Not knowing why, I called Jennifer in I was going to bring it on over the wknd, but on Mon of this past week, my sunroof jammed at the last minute. Not knowing why, I called Jennifer in the Service dept, asked if I could bring my car in on my way home and she said drop it off, we can leave it inside for you (there was a chance of rain that evening), and I'll call you Tue to give you an update. As usual, she called when she said she would, informed me there was some small object that fell in the track, they removed it, sunroof works fine, serviced the car, and it was ready for pick up anytime. I can't give enough high praise for Jennifer and the entire Bay Ridge Toyota service staff. They are quick, responsive, caring, & attentive. Their work speaks for themselves, and they care about their customers. This is why after 10 years (and our 3rd Toyota) we continue to come here for all our needs! Thank you Jennifer!! More

In not so many words, I recently came in to inquire about a currently financed car from them, and at the end of the day, I walked out with a BRAND NEW 2013 Toyota Camry SE (1st one of the year delivered), with very minimal changes to my current deal (2009 Camry LE). Not only was Ali very helpful in working with me to choose the right model, and specs I wanted, but then what helped the final decision was some talking to with Anthony Nespoli. As we got close to closing this deal, Danny Chan stepped in to help out, and not only remembered me, but my family, and truly helped make this deal come to fruition. Finally at the time of signing, Freddy Velez worked with me, and the with rest of the team, this process was not only easy to walk through, but made a little easier on my pocket. All in all, soup to nuts, I came in for servicing on a Sun, and drove home COMPLETELY satisfied on Tue with a brand new car. For me, words are not enough to describe the courteousness, friendliness, respect, and service I received from the whole team. My family will continue to use Bay Ridge Toyota for years to come, as long as these folks are here to assist. :-) More

I went for a recall on a Yaris when Toyota of Manhattan refused to honor the request and I'd left with a 2008 Camry Certified car. Those people are GREAT at ALL levels. Over thirty- five years of using Toyotas, this dealership has been the best I have used.. I worked out a very reasonable price as I returned my 2010 Toyota Rav4 and leased the new 2013 model. Everything was ready for me when I arrived, Mr.Danny Chan and Jason Manos had gotten me the best possible price for the new lease. Mr.Ali Naqi was also right on when completing paperwork and going over all the features of new vehicle.
