On my last service visit before turning in my 2019 Toyota Camry XLE for a new Vehicle at the Same Dealership, I was very pleased to receive a modified Toyota Care servicing. Mohammed "Moe" is my Service Advisor in the Service Department after my previous Advisor moved on. As always, the vehicle was checked in for the appointment previously made. I was then brought to Mohammed to write up my service order on the car for it's 6 month Toyota Care which I kept up personally after the Complimentary one which was part of the vehicle care. Keeping it up assures the vehicle running well as it is monitored. Mohammed and I agreed what work should be included since the vehicle was going to be turned over to the dealership for purchase at the time of arranging the future new lease. I waited in the very comfortable waiting area with TV, comfortable furniture and also Comp Beverage Station. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs by another staff member. He was also informing the other customers of their vehicles. In about an hour or so Mohammed directed me to the Cashier. After paying, I was informed when the next service was suggested. I was directed to the parking lot which was informed I was heading to have my car ready. The car was brought to me at the gate. Another pleasant service visit to the Service Department at Toyota of Bay Ridge. I will continuing using the Service Department with the leasing of the new vehicle,

I must say that I have full faith in Bay Ridge Toyota Dealership. Their professionalism and service is very appreciated from the time we entered the door to driving away our New RAV4 XLE AWD. Our Sales Consultant Stanley is the best they have. He as served us thru our 3 other Toyota Vehicles watching us thru our ownerships. Each time Stanley would inform us when to come in to sit down at the end of each leasing period. I must say also, the life of our vehicles are well taken care of by the Service Department during each service appointment we have made. Since my last Service Advisor moved on, I have the pleasure to have Mohammed Maylou "Moe" care for my appointment and monitor my Camry's before changing Models. He is pleasure to work with and keeps you well informed of the work done and how to handle other tasks in the future. I will be keeping him for future servicing of the RAV4 now and he Congratulated us on the Purchase. Stanley sat with us on the initial visit at the end of our lease of the latest Camry XLE. Informing for personal health reasons, we would like to move on to at RAV4 with a XLE trim. We sat and the price was figured out and agreed and the search for that particular vehicle. We were informed when it come in and Stanley took us to see it and even took a Pre Drive and we were happy with our choice. We then proceed with the initial paperwork with Stanley before proceeding to Financial Department. Meanwhile, the vehicle in the background was be prepped to turn over to us for the Drive Away. Once available, Stanley introduced us to Jake Chen in the Finance to further complete the paperwork necessary. Jake was easy to understand the process we needed to complete and documents needed to lease. Jake is very professional and easy to communicate our questions. Once all the paperwork was completed, all involved Congratulated us on our ownership of the RAV4. We have been with this dealership since 2013 and feel like I am coming to Family to obtain our vehicles and have them serviced. I know some have shown negative responses, but we have not experienced this. We are looking forward to dealing with Bay RIdge Toyota with the new vehicle and the years to come. The Dealership is clean and well laid out. Decorated Rest Room, Compl Hot Beverage Station and well lite and spaceage showroom with quite a number of vehicles available to view. The service department has recently been redecorated. A very clean waiting room, rest rooms, TV for keeping informed and entertained. Your Service Advisors as near by to keep you informed. Compl Beverage Station also. Please consider Bay Ridge Toyota the next time.
