My experience with the employees - from Sales to Finance was absolutely great. Derek Canarte is an excellent person to work with - as he is knowledgeable, honest and didn't apply too much pressure that usu was absolutely great. My first sales rep at the dealership was not much interested in what I had to say but was more interested in giving me a grand tour of the dealership followed by everything else that i was not interested in. The floor manager was more interested in becoming my friend just so that he could sell me a car at his price. I had been to a few dealerships before so had a fair idea on how much I wanted to pay for a car. I had to cut short my first visit to the dealership because I had to take my daughter home and put her to sleep. The 1st sales rep wasted so much of my time without getting to the point. On my subsequent visit to the dealership, I was served by Ali Naqi because the first sales rep was off that day. Thank God for the blessing. Ali Naqi was charming, respectful and a good listener. He listened to what was important to me and refrained from giving me the standard hustle. Without wasting any of my time he came straight to the point and made things happen for me very quickly. I was in and out of the dealership. If it wasn't for him, I would have bought a Honda Accord. I will highly recommend him to anyone who's looking to buy a car sans the headache.
