This was the first time I purchased a car directly from the maker. The sales man, Ray was very kind and honest. I told him my budget and he laid out out my options for my needs. He and George (the finance guy there) explained all the policies and payment options slowly to ensure I understood. The other dealership I went to before were pushy and spoke too fast. I felt very comfortable and confident I was going to leave with a great deal and car. And I did. Beside the great service, I experienced the professionalism for the huge team they had working in the back. The mechanics, maintenance crew, and cleaners were very polite. They showed a genuine love for what they do. I highly recommend this place. More

Team Russell is myself Dharyl, my wife Donna and our three wonderful children Imani (17), Isaiah (16) and Elijah (9), and we have been with Toyota through 5 complete car leases, i.e. Two Camry's and three Sienna's. Yes, this sale announces the start of our 16th year in the Toyota family and I am very proud of that fact. We have stayed because you have treated us like family and that means being loyal and fair, and while sometimes we didn't agree, but we both always knew that it was a good relationship. You made us feel that Team Russell was appreciated, and that hardworking people mattered. Juan has managed our last three leases and I could sense he felt how important it was to keep not only me happy, but also work respectfully and diligently to ensure that my wife Donna was pleased with the entire process. Juan made us feel valued and that made us better customers too. Don't get it twisted, Juan is definitely "Toyotacentric", but he wants to give us a fair and reasonable deal, which in my humble opinion wasn't our very first experience with Toyota in 1999, but it's made my wife and I very informed consumer's, which (LOL) has made Juan's job that much more tougher - but he seems to relish the challenge of "negotiating" with Team Russell (especially Donna! :). CUSTOMER SERVICE? Yes, Juan knows his stuff and takes pride in being attentive even though your shop was crazy on WED Feb 26TH! :). QUALITY OF WORK? Both Jerry Rosario, who was Juan's assistance during this sale, was new to the Team Russell experience, but Jerry R was knowledgeable in answering our questions, but also knew that he couldn't "BS" us, so he didn't try. I thought that showed great preparation by him and Juan, and respect to my wife and I. FRIENDLINESS? YES. We were introduced to the new Branch/Sales VP and we also thought that Michael Schwartz did a fine job in "walking and talking" us through the finances and displaying a human touch by genuinely listening and sharing some life/family moments during the process. you're a cool dude Mike - Thanks! OVERALL EXPERIENCE? you get a score of '5' and we will be back - I have two kids going to college in the next two - three years - and we will need cars for them to drive at college hint ... hint. The minute I walked into this dealership I was very impressed by the way I was greeted.
