The Sales Manager, Juan Lebron, was able to make me an offer I couldn't refuse on the by-back of my previous lease (2012). The "finance guy" Raza Bokhari, was a doll and the fact that he's a giants and yankees fan didn't hurt. Every person you pass in the hall, in the service area, the showroom or anyplace else at the dealership is friendly and helpful.
