They were courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and professional! Upon arriving at the dealership, Juan Lebron introduced us to Raymond Li and we were immediately directed to the car we were interested in. Raymond answered all our questions and gave us space to discuss options. When we made our decision to purchase, Juan and Raymond sat us down, thoroughly explained their sales process and gave us a phenomenal deal without the usual and tiresome "back and forth haggling drama". Then we met Raza Bokhari, the finance manager, who coordinated the purchase and financing in record time while still covering and highlighting all the important details and despite the amount of paperwork (honorable mention should go to "Ursula" ). Walking back into Bay Ridge Toyota, every three to five years, is like visiting family.............but family you are glad to see! This year I was a bit more apprehensive since many of the familiar faces had been promoted and moved to other dealerships. But immediately upon being greeted by Miguel Collado, Sales Consultant, all my concerns were gone! Miguel made me feel as though we had known each other for years. But, most important he listened to what I wanted in this new car, and my need to keep costs low. Not only did Miguel listed, HE DELIVERED! I absolutely love my new 2014.5 Camry SE, and the new monthly payments leave money left over for toys and goodies for the grandchildren! I would also like to say a special "thank you" to Mr. George Vakkou, Financial Director. George was great.............he made the paperwork "fun" with his consistent professional manner, sprinkled with he humor! What a pleasure. Great Customer Service Expeience I recently renewed my lease from a 2011 Toyota corolla to a 2014 corolla. I met Lester first and he was really friendly and welcoming then i met Juan I recently renewed my lease from a 2011 Toyota corolla to a 2014 corolla. I met Lester first and he was really friendly and welcoming then i met Juan who helped me with the whole loan application process and follow up. Juan was amazing, kind, calm and very reasonable. He went above and beyond to make sure that i received the best deal and was comfortable with the new lease. Raza was also very helpful in terms of finances. They were really friendly and easy to talk to. I appreciate all their help and look forward to doing more business with Bay Ridge Toyota. More

One of the best dealer that I have meet Lester Jones was an amazing dealer, he listen to what type of car i wanted and answered every question that i had about the cars in the dealership. Also, Mr. Jones showed great care for the costumer and make the costumer happy. In addition i have been in two dealerships in New York City (Lee's Toyota and Fordham Toyota) and no one was better then Lester Jones. Overall Lester Jones is one of the best dealer i had the pleasure of doing business with him and made my experience in buying a car easy. More

Excellent Service Visit experience at Bay Ridge Toyota Customer service was exceptional at my first visit to this service center for a RAV4. Carmine had great professional style. All staff were responsiv Customer service was exceptional at my first visit to this service center for a RAV4. Carmine had great professional style. All staff were responsive and made every effort to keep me informed and engaged; they made particular effort to explain any wait period. Time was taken to review the thorough car evaluation and courses of action based on that. Every step was itemized and accounted for, with full transparency. A clearer system for car pickup after service (i.e., SOP while waiting for car on sidewalk) would be the only suggestion for improvement -- but when a car didn't show up after 10 minutes, Carmine stepped in and made it happen. The biggest added surprise: what was a dirty car came out of the garage looking like new from the unexpected courtesy wash -- a very nice touch for a new customer. Overall, highly recommend. More
EMBARRASSING, CURSING BULLY GM ( Steven Kaufman ) I visited Bayridge Toyota to lease an Avalon with my family. While we were waiting for the test drive arrangements I could not believe my eyes and ear I visited Bayridge Toyota to lease an Avalon with my family. While we were waiting for the test drive arrangements I could not believe my eyes and ears the person ( I found out later that the loud, cursing person was GM Steven Kaufman ..... P.S. I did not know ' GM ' stands for. ' General Moran ' !!!! till that day . ) is screaming and cursing on the phone in the middle o.f the showroom . The words he was using would not even fit in the worlds lowest life's mouth !!!!!! I could not rush my kids and wife out of the showroom. There is no way Toyota will allow a person like Steven Kaufman to represent them. Besides all that it is very sad that the owner of Bayridge Toyota does not realize the fact of every pay check is given to him is a total waste. How could someone scream and curse in front of the customers, kids and woman ??? Especially in a Toyota Showroom !!!!!!!!!!! We leased our car from another Toyota dealership and treated with dignity and respect. I just want to warn other buyers to leave their kids and wife at home if they decide to visit Bayridge Toyota. More
