My husband and I went to this dealership seeking a second car for the family. Michael Lau, the newest member of the Toyota team, was our sales associate. David was very patient and undersanding and really showed an interest in wanting to help us. The financial associate, Jason Manos, was excellent. I had the worse experience at Bay Ridge Toyota Dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to not even my worse enemy because of the ridiculous things that I had to go through with salesman Dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to not even my worse enemy because of the ridiculous things that I had to go through with salesman Stanley and Danny Chan. What happened was that last year I bought a 2009 Toyota Highlander from them where I spoke to them before I got there to make sure that the car was going to be ready service wise when I get there. Remind you it took me three hours and half to get to the dealership. According to Stanley, the car was ready for pick up, but when I got there it was a total disaster. Firstly, Stanley and his manager changed the car on me. Secondly, the tires on the SUV were totally ran out. Thirdly, I asked Salesman Stanley to give the car fax report on the car, not only he lied to me by telling me that he could not get from the computer that he was using which was BS to me. the fact that I insisted that I will not get out of the dealer until he gives me the report, than that's when he promised me that he will email it to me which I never got until today. Fourthly, Stanley and Manager Danny Chan tried to hand the car emptied but after I argued with Danny that's when he gave a gas receipt to fill up the car with gas because I had to travel back home which was 3 and a half hours long. Basically, my advice to you all of trying to buy a car used/new, please stay away from Bay Ridge Toyota Dealership located at 6401 6th Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11220. More
