On the day I came to pick up my new 2016 Rav4 they decided to change the interest rate from 0% to 1.9% without telling me. I had to ask about it when i saw it on the contract. Very shady. After a huge argument Steve from finance told me it would take him 2 weeks to refund my deposit. I call back a month later to find out he did not put in no request for my refund and lost my information. Anthony Nespoli a manager assures me he would help me get my refund back after I give him my card information. 2 weeks later he has Jake a sales associate call me back to help me with the refund. Anthony promised he would get the refund to me in 2 days so I concluded he also lost my information and never put it in for processing 2 weeks ago. Jake made good on his 2 week promise and I finally receive my deposit back 2 months later. Thank you Jake I appreciate your help. I would never consider buying from them again. Think twice before you put down a deposit and save yourself the stress. More

Ozzy Quintana is by far the most knowledgeable sales person. I visited Honda, Buick and Ford in Brooklyn and was sadly disappointed by the lack of these dealership is by far the most knowledgeable sales person. I visited Honda, Buick and Ford in Brooklyn and was sadly disappointed by the lack of these dealerships ability to answer questions regarding comparisons of SUV's with third row seating. Ozzy was able to clearly articulate why the Toyata Highlander was a superior car to the alternative models. For example- the Honda Pilot does not have three zones for climate control which renders the third row to be a hot unpleasant experience in the PIlot. Ozzy was professional, friendly and never pushy. He was also very patient in explaining in detail the pros and cons of leasing vs. buying a car and furnished me with the information I needed to make educated choices. We met with Ozzie and his manager Karim who were very dedicated, patient, and worked with us through each of our concerns until we were able to get to a place that was manageable for us. Between our first visit and test drive to the second one where we ended up leasing the car, and phone calls in between, they must have spent close to ten hours answering questions and discussing concerns. We're very happy with the service that we received, and drove away with exactly the car that we wanted. This is our first car since we both sold our olds ones to move to New York City 10-15 years ago, and we weren't sure what to expect in a city-based dealership, but we're glad we went to Bay Ridge Toyota. It was a great experience throughout. More
Poor costumer service Very POOR costumer service. Lack of respect for consumers. Came in to fianace a lease and for a regular inspection with oil change they wanted $1000. Very POOR costumer service. Next day bill went down to a little over a $100.00 .When they did loan aplications they constantly put their own numbers for milage, downpayment etc. When we asked to speak to manager..they kept sending sales people posing as managers. horrible customer service/no consideration i had a bad experience with Bay Ridge Toyota. i feel like once they take your money. they become your boss. your needs or what you want means nothing i had a bad experience with Bay Ridge Toyota. i feel like once they take your money. they become your boss. your needs or what you want means nothing to them any more at this point. i bought a car to drive for Uber for more than a month. i still don't have the car. the car is parked at their office while i continue paying for insurance. i asked for a favor in other to speed up the process of getting the TLC licence plate that i am waiting for being that i bought the car a month ago but they refused and continue with their regular process not putting into consideration that the car might be my only means of making earns means. i usually do not like bad reviews because i am a very loyal customer but with the way i am being treated her. i just need people to know what they might be dealing with. i wanted an Honda before my brother convinced me to go for a Toyota and going through this with this dealership is very discouraging. More
