Excellent Experience!! I came into Bayridge Toyota with the idea of leasing a car but did not know much about exactly what i wanted. As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was greeted immediately by the Sales Consultant Ozgur "Oz". He made me feel welcomed and was extremely friendly, professional, patient and helpful. If it weren't for him I would have never found my dream car! He showed many different options in the showroom and elaborated on each car that suited my price point and needs. I fell in love with the 2016 Rav 4 XLE. He let me test drive the car and showed me every aspect and detail of the car and that to me was very important. If it weren't for his expertise and assistance, I probably would have never found my car. He went out of his way from the moment I met him, and made the whole experience a true pleasure. His manager Karim was also a wonderful assistance in the process and would also like to thank him. The whole process of leasing my car was extremely smooth from the moment I walked.
