Dealership is great. Direct Drive sold me the worst car in 60 years. Since February 24 I have spent $600 in repairs. I will never step foot on that property and everyone who works at Columbus City schools will be told how they sold me a lemon and a worthless warranty. The Better Business Bureau is also going to hear about their shotty business. When I bought a used car from your lot many years ago I was treated with respect and no push to purchase a warranty. I'm sorry to run this on you but I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone at Drive Direct or a full mailbox. It overcharged me. I went for an oil change and I ended up paying for an unwanted tire rotation. Then the attendant, after I released my minivan to her, told me to wait in the lobby. I did. But she did not come to get me even though my service was completed promptly. I waited three hours at the lobby and when I went to ask the attendant about my oil change, she told me that she was calling my husband and me, when we specifically agree that I would be - in person - waiting to be called back in the lobby. I should get a 50% rebate for overcharging me and forgetting me for three hours in the establishment lobby. More
I was not pleased with my service. I was not told what was found wrong with my car even though I knew my brakes were bad they did not even say nothing but they were supposed to check.
