I went for an Oil change and I was there for 3 hours. I saw people coming in that came after me and left before me. I was very disappointed about the way I was treated. I don't know who Malek Abed is and don't believe I ever met him. I appreciated the simple buying experience. Schneider was not pushy at all and I truly appreciate that. The only thing I wish was different is if I was shown how to find/utilize all the features and buttons before I drove off the lot. I have had to look all over the internet to try and find out how to operate my car. Overall, I'm happy with the experience though. More
