My rav 4 car new car have knocking noise and I had been there for 4 days and they still can’t fix its and they don’t want to tell me what is they problem is . They told me different reasons every day like the fist day they said that the car fixed but need to see in detail come tomorrow then the day we don’t have enough technicians come tomorrow then third day we still look at come tomorrow then the fourth day the person who works on my car call out the talk to manager then manager said they didn’t get enough time to look at but we sent the problem to Toyota and wait for report results. They dis respect me . More

I was surprised that my final service was only a tire rotation and not an oil change. The service person said “ oh you get 5 services - not necessarily an oil change!” I guess I needed to pay better at rotation and not an oil change.
