Repeat Toyota Buyer I've bought cars from Toyota Direct for years, including a Camry and 2 Prius's, plus my husband has purchased a Yaris. Pattie Street has been my sales I've bought cars from Toyota Direct for years, including a Camry and 2 Prius's, plus my husband has purchased a Yaris. Pattie Street has been my salesperson for years, and I trust her completely to give me the best possible price and exactly the car I want. Her friendly and helpful manner is very appreciated. She knows her stuff! I met with Ivan Lambert in Finance and he wasn't aggressive in pushing add-ons, and let me just decide for myself what I wanted to do. Very nice. I've also used the Service Dept. for years too, and have generally had a very good experience. Chris Grossman is our service advisor, and we feel he does an excellent job. More

Pattie immediately put me at ease with her warm and friendly manner. She explained everything well and I did not in anyway feel rushed. It was a very busy day at the dealership but Pattie was very attentive. Even when we were waiting to meet with the finance person she continued to check on us to make sure we were comfortable. Overall I feel like I got a great deal and would feel comfortable recommending Pattie to any of my friends and family! More

After some self-diagnosing via FJ Cruiser foru It took a few tries to diagnose what was causing the shifter in my FJ Cruiser 6-speed to become sloppy. After some self-diagnosing via FJ Cruiser forum I asked the technician to remove and repair the shifter. . The repair was quite unorthodox in that instead of replacing the shifter with a new one that would eventually fail (design flaw) they accepted my proposal to repair the problem with a more permanent solution (using a two pat epoxy to replace a worn rubber bushing). All the while they gave me a ride to and from work. I've very happy with the repair though I'm disappointed about some stains on the passenger seats. More

The finance people messed up something with title that I didn't catch while signing mounds of paperwork. When I went to title and register car in the state of residency the title work was screwed up, so I now have an expired temp tag (Toyota Direct said they can't issue me a second one) and am trying to refinance car with different lender to hopefully solve the problem. I went through several layers of management at the dealership without any assistance. Then I went "up the food chain" to Toyota Motor Credit and they couldn't figure out how to help and then referred me back to the (incompetent) dealership again! Like that is going to help! I have purchased many cars all over the US before and never had something like this happen. They have their money so don't care.... Delete review More

I have purchased two new cars and one used car - and have had three major collision repairs on three others over the years. I will keep coming back as long as the customer service stays high. Prices are all pretty comparable when you shop but know where you're buying and how they will treat you when you're not just buying a new car! More

As soon as I visited the dealership, Paul was able to immediately pull my vehicle up and have it looked at. Within 30 minutes they were able to establish what was wrong with my vehicle and quote me a price. They were able to order the part that same day and schedule my follow-up appointment at a time that fit my schedule. When I came for my service appointment I was helped immediately and the staff took extra care to update me on the progress of my vehicle. My car was serviced promptly and returned to me in less time than originally estimated. My car was very clean and the service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return to Toyota Direct for any future car servicing needs. More

communication skills need work My salesperson did not know there was a RAV4 in their inventory; I had to show him on their website and he had to go look for it. The finance guy got My salesperson did not know there was a RAV4 in their inventory; I had to show him on their website and he had to go look for it. The finance guy got me a better deal than the one I brought in pre-approved for, BUT it took him almost a month to finalize it and was impossible to get in touch with through the process. At one point I went to the BMV to renew my temporary tags after leaving several messages (with no response) to find out if the lien was done yet, and found out it was filed on the title already - how hard could it be for him to tell me the deal was finalized?! I then had to go get a copy of the title and back over to the BMV for my plates. I still did not get my title in the mail for another week after that! Just when I thought all was settled with the financing, I get a statement in the mail dated 7/30 with a payment due date of 7/26! I call Toyota financial where I am told they can do nothing because that's how the dealership filed the paperwork. Basically the correct paperwork was not received until 4 days after my first payment due date (which the dealer determines on said paperwork) and the only way to change it is to go back to the dealer. At this point, with the headaches and lack of communication just trying to find out who my financing is through, I refuse to deal with the sales are of the dealership anymore. And as far as service goes... I made an appointment for some service recalls the dealer didn't bother doing before selling the vehicle to me. I get an email from someone at the dealership about they may offer me a new RAV4 in exchange for my certified pre-owned one, so I call the number on the email and the lady "makes an appointment" for me for when I bring the vehicle in for the oil change. When I get there, she says she is running some numbers and will see me when I come back to pick up the vehicle. When I come back to pick up the vehicle, she is not at her desk, so someone in service pages her to meet me in the waiting area. Forty minutes later I find the person that paged her left for the day, the lady that I am supposed to be meeting is out on a test drive, and I give up and leave. I determined on my own later that no matter what you're bringing in your vehicle for service on, you get one of these emails. I have not purchased a vehicle in 13 years, and the only reason I was buying one now is mine was totalled. This dealership has shown a total lack of communication, sympathy, and attempted to abuse my naivety, and I am letting everyone know to have a very good reason to go there and watch your back!!! More
My Excellent Service and Sales Experience at Toyota Direct I have enjoyed my experiences with Toyota Direct and see no reason to use another Columbus-area Toyota dealer. We purchased our pre-certified Camry H I have enjoyed my experiences with Toyota Direct and see no reason to use another Columbus-area Toyota dealer. We purchased our pre-certified Camry Hybrid for a very fair internet price about eight months ago. I walked in with financing from my bank but, working with their knowledgeable finance people, I walked out with an interest rate almost 3% less than I was expecting to pay. The Camry has served us very well while we have had it, but there was one hiccup. On a hot day in May, I attempted to open the rear driver’s side door with the window down, the window shattered inside the door. I took the car into Toyota Direct and they explained to me that there had been damage to the door and a piece inside the door had put pressure on the window when the window was down and the door was opened. Thankfully, they believed me when I explained that this was almost certainly pre-existing damage and fixed the window and door gratis! I have also used to the service department for routine maintenance and they were easy to deal with, efficient and reasonably priced. More
