They will up sell you and not do what you ask. I asked for a rear windshield wiper to be replaced along With someone looking at my gas cap that wouldn’t open when I hit the button. Neither thing I asked for was fixed, and my salesman was more focused on upsell with additional services than actually helping with what I asked for.
