We spoke on the phone to set up an appointment and he did not keep me waiting. We did the test drive with Rich teaching me the correct way to use the car and its options, assessed my trade-in, discussed the differences in the available options, chose the car, set up the financing, and closed the deal in about 3 hours. Rich went to great effort to make sure that I understood what the car is capable of and what I can expect. His manager and financial officer were also very helpful. When I went in Rich took the time to go over all of the figures and explained the process to me. He did a very good job showing me all of the features of the car and made sure I knew everything there was to know about it. Jim also made me feel comfortable with my decision and went out of his way to make sure I had a great car buying experience. They even had my car waiting for me with baloons and my name on it. Overall, I was very unimpressed with this dealership. I had seen a car I wanted on their website and called the internet sales manager to make an appointment to come in and test drive it. When I arrived f had seen a car I wanted on their website and called the internet sales manager to make an appointment to come in and test drive it. When I arrived for my appointment, the sales person I spoke with was 20 mins late, which was annoying. Also when it came time to talk about price, the initial price that they came out with was higher than the one I had seen on the Internet and specifically asked about. When I pointed this out, they said "oh wait a minute" and came out again with a price that was lower than the original, but still higher than the one on the Internet. Overall, I didn't feel they were dealing in good faith. More
