My wife and I went to buy a used car and had narrowed out list down to about 3 or 4 different makes and models. We saw a car that we liked on the DCH Toyota lot, and Mr. Rafael Mancebo came to answer questi list down to about 3 or 4 different makes and models. Mr. Mancebo is a total professional - knowledgeable and courteous and very helpful. We liked him and we liked the Toyota Highlander that he showed us. We went back a second time for a test-drive. Still, no pressure from Mr. Mancebo. We returned on Day 3 to buy the car. Rafael handled everything - all the paperwork and documents, phone calls to insurance company bureaucrats - everything that it took for us to drive out with our new car! When there was some delay, he kept us informed about it, never forgot us. Rafael is the man to see. He is our personal "Salesman of the Year!" More

We usually purchase a car for the long haul, so a car purchase is usually only every 9 years or so for us. At the time of our purchase we changed our minds multiple times about which existing car we were trading in and she never flinched and was very understanding and accomodating with our constant changes.. After 6 years I went back to Marc Ellison to lease a new car. I told him the features I wanted and in minutes he shower me a car that I ended up leasing.
