Don't bother. Bait and switch!! They called me to tell me they could offer a new Landcruiser at MSRP. Gave me the price on the phone. Told me to come in so t Bait and switch!! They called me to tell me they could offer a new Landcruiser at MSRP. Gave me the price on the phone. Told me to come in so they could look at my 4Runner on trade. I left work early, cut out of a kids things to do this. I get there, it's disorganized, wasted 15 minutes before anything started. I test drove the car. Then we started talking. They say these cars usually go for 10k over MRSP, and that's a good price. I did my research on the trade-in. When I told them the person on the phone told me the price, they seemed confused, and then when they showed me the price for my trade is, it was 12k less than the average KBB trade in value. Complete joke. Totally offensive. Waste of my time. More
Sleazy, cheap and underhanded tactics at the dealership. Misrepresentation and misinformation to the max. Find another dealer. Don't get trapped here. Misrepresentation and misinformation to the max. Find another dealer. Don't get trapped here. More
I’m so glad I didn’t waste my time in person at this dealership. I inquired about a car that was shown to be coming in via the Toyota smart path website about a week ago. A very pleasant salesman call dealership. I inquired about a car that was shown to be coming in via the Toyota smart path website about a week ago. A very pleasant salesman called me and after some back and forth negotiating the amount of the markup over msrp (crazy times) we agree to a price I was willing to pay. They took a deposit over the phone and I was to come in and pickup the car when it comes in. I get the call this morning that the car is in, the GSM sends the breakdown of numbers via email and to my surprise it was marked up $1000 higher than we agreed upon. After some frustrating back and forth they come back with $500 more than the original deal and would not budge. I couldn’t do it based on principle. I expected them to honor a verbal agreement but I guess that is wishful thinking. Buyer beware. Greed is worth more to them than integrity. I was already agreeing to pay a substantial markup yet they wanted $500 more which someone else would probably be willing to pay. Always check the numbers as I’m sure many overlook the details in the excitement of buying a new car. More
This under new ownership dealership is the absolute example of the sleezy car sales experience. From the moment they contacted me in regards to my lease ending straight through my visit I was lied to a example of the sleezy car sales experience. From the moment they contacted me in regards to my lease ending straight through my visit I was lied to and given nothing but unrealistic overinflated pricing. This dealership will be out of business shortly, don’t waste your time go elsewhere. More
Charing 3k over MSRP. I schedule an appointment to test drive a Sienna. When I got there, they said the owner of the dealership took it out for the weekend and I couldn't test drive it. Horrible Customer Service. After researching a vehicle online, I spoke with a sales representative, Matthew Cortez, to arrange a test drive of a Prius Prime. I was given an appointment and instructed to online, I spoke with a sales representative, Matthew Cortez, to arrange a test drive of a Prius Prime. I was given an appointment and instructed to speak with the manager Luis Gonzales. After driving 30 minutes to the dealership, I learned that the dealership did not in fact have the vehicle or anything similar in stock. Upon expressing my displeasure and asking to speak with Mr Gonzales, I was informed that he was too busy to speak with me. I can only assume that this was all a ploy to see if I would settle for some other vehicle. Give me a break. I wish it was possible to leave less than one star... Avoid this dealership. More

This is probably the sleaziest dealership in the tri-state area. Or, at least, it must be competing for that title. I feel compelled to write this review to the benefit of any consumer who does r tri-state area. Or, at least, it must be competing for that title. I feel compelled to write this review to the benefit of any consumer who does research by using this awesome platform. This store used to be owned by DCH Auto Group and they insisted on sailing onto an iceberg. They succeeded and in May of 2020 the new ownership took over. The new owners are trying really hard to out-do DCH. Trust me, it takes a lot to achieve that. DCH is a very large and successful auto group. They are, in turn, owned by Lithia Motors - one of the nation’s largest car businesses. Somehow, they managed to go out of business. But on to the good stuff. I reached out to Nicholas Ianelli directly hoping that I’d would be treated fairly since he must be related to Mr. Ianelli - the owner. I really, really wanted to give them a chance but they did a great job… blowing it. I was trading in my 2021 Camry Hybrid LE with 4,300 - which I purchased in April. I wanted to get a Predawn Gray Mica since it was the color I originally wanted but due to the car shortage I was not able to find it back then. As not to lose too much money I decided to lease this time. Nicholas offered me $19,500 for my car, which is three months old and spotless. They have the same car (2018) with 26,000 miles listed for $23,888. Somehow, mine is basically new and worth a lot less. This offer was beyond offensive. Wait, there’s more. He said it was a great offer because they would have to detail it, put $1,000 worth of maintenance into it, and add a certified warranty. Really? A car produced in March of 2021 and with only 4,300 miles on it? The best part of it all was the lease deal. I am sorry but I had to also turn down a great monthly payment of $430 on Camry hybrid LE. And no, I am not upside down on my trade since I put down a decent amount of money. I owe less than $19,000 on it. Toyota is currently advertising this car for $189 a month if you lease it. This does not included taxes and fees. But somehow Toyota City managed to knock it out of the park with a $430 monthly payment. One can’t make this stuff up. Transparency, efficiency, respect is written on the employee shirts. That is their pledge. Many of us have not been lucky enough to get that from this establishment. The reviews speak volumes. Will they make it in the tri-state area? Well, if all the heavy-hitters that surround them go out of business… maybe. More
